Patient BMI must be > 28 including one medical condition or >30 with no medical conditions.

HOW CLINICS offers a comprehensive weight loss program known as HOW2HEAL.
This medically supervised 12-month program provides individuals with access to weight loss medications, nutritional guidance, psychotherapy support, and more. The primary objective of this program is to assist individuals in achieving their weight loss goals while optimizing their overall health and wellness.
HOW2HEAL takes a holistic approach to healthcare, taking into account the physical, emotional, and mental well-being of patients. The program aims to prevent and reduce chronic conditions associated with obesity by addressing all aspects of an individual’s health. A team of healthcare providers, including obesity board-certified physicians, nurses, and allied health support staff, supervises the program to ensure comprehensive care.
Graduates of the HOW2HEAL program have the opportunity to enroll in the BEYOND program, which provides ongoing weight management care.
HOW CLINICS also highlights another weight loss program called HOW2TRIM. This program is specifically designed for individuals with a BMI of less than 30 and spans a duration of 12 weeks.
